If you’d like to review additional strokes, this package can be repeated for each one.

Maintenance Package: Keep your progress on track with ongoing feedback and accountability. This package includes the initial Beginning Package stroke analysis plus two monthly follow-up video reviews (4 one minute videos for each follow-up) to monitor improvements, adjust your training, and ensure continued growth.

Add-On Package: If you would like to upgrade your completed Beginning Package to the Maintenance Package, the Add-On Package will add the 2 additional monthly reviews.

Video Coach Package: Experience the benefits of having a virtual swim coach by your side! This package includes six monthly video reviews(up to 5 minutes each), following your Beginning Package. You’ll receive monthly feedback, drills, and expert guidance to help you stay motivated and confident as your skills develop.
